One of the League of Legends game designers has revealed the balance targets for the upcoming update 11.21. The patch will include changes to multiple champions.
One of the League of Legends game designers called RiotPhlox has revealed the balance targets for the upcoming patch 10.21.
The following champions will receive nerfs:
- Quinn
- Graves
- Akshan
- Miss Fortune
- Karthus
Miss Fortune has become one of, if not the strongest AD carry at the moment, both in Solo Queue and in professional League of Legends. She has been the most picked champion in the ongoing League of Legends World Championship. She has a very strong lane presence as well as incredible teamfight potential thanks to her ultimate ability - Bullet Time.
Karthus has become a viable champion in the Bot lane carry role, especially if your team lacks much-needed magic damage. He does not get punished for his lack of mobility in the bot lane as much as it is the case when he plays mid.
Champions that are getting buffed include:
- Viego
- Teemo
- Lux
- Xayah
- Jinx
- Sion
Even though he was the main priority for most of the junglers at in the first half of the year, Viego has fallen of the cliff due to repeated nerfs over numerous patches. This once most popular champion in professional League of Legends has yet to be picked in the current World Championship.

- Goredrinker (nerf)
- Conqueror (nerf)
- Guardian (nerf)
- Ingenius Hunter (buff)
- Stridebreaker (adjusted)
