The official League of Legends game development Twitter account has revealed the balance targets for the upcoming patch 11.20. Champions that are getting buffed include:
- Darius - W cooldown will get reduced from 7-5 to 5 at all ranks
- Elise - Base HP will go up from 534 to 555; Armour per level will go up from 3.35 to 4
- Hecarim - W cooldown will get lowered from 22-18 to 18 seconds at all ranks; Nonchampion heal cap will go up from 90-210 to 120-240
- Udyr - R Cone damage will go up from 50-275 to 60-310
The following champions will get nerfed:
- Taliyah - Subsequent hit monster damage will go down from 80 to 70 per cent
- Amumu - Q damage will go down from 70-190 to 70-170; mana cost will go up from 30-50 to 70
- Singed - E damage will go down from 50-110 (+0.75 AP) to 50-90 (+0.6 AP)
- Jarvan IV - Passive damage will go down from 10 to 8 per cent of current HP
- Irelia - Passive AD ratio will go down from 30 to 20 per cent
- Shen - Passive shield will go down from 60-111 to 50-101
There will also be some additional system changes:
- Smite healing - max. HP healing will go down from 15 to 10 per cent; Krug and Gromp base AD will go down from 78 to 74
- Imperial Mandate - Initial hit damage will go up from 30-60 to 45-75
