League of Legends lead gameplay designer Jeevun Sidhu account has revealed the balance targets for the upcoming patch 11.17. Champions that are getting buffed include:
- Ekko
- Evelynn
- Lissandra
- Nami
- Senna
- Teemo
- Xayah
Xayah has appeared this week in professional League of Legends and it should not come as a surprise if this buff makes her the best AD carry in the game.
The following champions will receive a nerf:
- Graves
- Irelia
- Kayn
- Leona
- Viego
- Zed
Even after all the nerfs, Viego has still remained a top priority pick in the jungle. His ability to completely change the course of a fight can not be matched by any other jungler at the moment.
Irelia's most recent mini-rework has made her one of the strongest champions in the game. She's become a mid-lane powerhouse and due to the recent changes she has overcome her bad late-game scaling
Graves is currently one of the strongest hyper-carry junglers alongside Viego. He's frequently been picked in the mid lane as well in certain match-ups.
The following items will get nerfed:
- Divine Sunderer
- Serpent's Fang
- Wit's End
Only two items will get buffed:
- Hullbreaker
- Youmuu's Ghostblade
Hullbreaker has not been picked that often after its introduction to the game. Buffing this item could bring back strong spilt-push bruiser champions like Darius, Jax, Illoai or Garen.
