League of Legends patch 11.16 changes have been revealed

According to League's lead gameplay designer, patch 11.16 will bring many system changes. We won't have the usual number of champions on the buff/nerf list.

The official League of Legends game development Twitter account has revealed the balance targets for the upcoming patch 11.16. Champions that are getting nerfed include:

  • Diana - Passive monster damage will get reduced from 300 to 250 per cent
  • Fiora - E cooldown will get increased from 11-5 to 11-7 seconds
  • Lee Sin - W Omnivamp will get reduced from 10-30 to 5-25 per cent
  • Lulu - W cooldown will get increased from 15-11 to 16-12 seconds; R cooldown will go up from 11-80 to 120-0 seconds
  • Tahm Kench - Passive damage will go down from 12-60 to 8-60 seconds; Q healing will go down from 15-35 to 10-30
  • Xin Zhao - Base AD will go down from 66 to 63
  • Ziggs - Mana will go up from 420 to 480; E damage per mine will get changed from 40-180 to 30-190; Slow will go down from 30-50 to 30-50 per cent

The following champions will get buffed: 

  • Jarvan IV - Passive current HP damage will go up from 8 to 10 per cent; R bonus AD ratio will go up from 150 to 180 per cent
  • Jhin - W damage will go up from 50-190 to 60-200; R min. damage AD ratio will go up from 20 to 25 per cent
  • Maokai - Pasive heal will go up from 5-13 to 7-15 per cent; E damage will go down from 25-125 to 20-120; E AP ratio will go down from 0.8 to 0.7 per cent for every 100 AP
  • Nunu - movement speed will go up from 340 to 345; E total damage will go up from 54 to 90 per cent AP
  • Shaco - Bugfixes and reverting Q showing in Fog of War from patch 11.15
  • Sivir - W AD ratio will go up from 30-70 to 30-90 per cent
  • Vladimir - Passive: each point of AP will now give 1.6 HP instead of 1.4 HP; Grands 1 additional AP per 30 bonus HP
