League of Legends lead gameplay designer Mark Yetter, better know as Riot Scruffy revealed the balance target list for the upcoming patch 11.13. Champions that are getting buffed include:
- Dr. Mundo
- Aphelios
- Olaf
- Xayah
The following champions are receiving a nerf:
- Rumble
- Lee Sin
- Riven
The Rumble nerf will target his power in the jungle position considering that he's by far the strongest champion in this position. Lee Sin has become one of the most oppressive laners over the last couple of patches. A combination of damage, mobility and sustain makes it almost impossible to win the lane against this champion.
Viego and Tahm Kench will be adjusted to better fit their primary role. Viego has been one of the strongest mid laners for a couple of patches now, even though he's a jungle champion.
The balance team decided to buff the following items:
- Luden's Tempest
- Liandry's Anguish
- Everfrost
- Moonstone Renewer
One of the game designers has already revealed that patch 11.13 is going to bring two brand new items to the shop - Anathema's Chains and Hullbreaker.
The following items will have their mobility stats nerfed or adjusted:
- Cosmic Drive
- Nimbus Cloak
- Galeforce
- Prowler's Claw
- Stridebreaker
- Trinity Force
- Lich Bane
- Black Cleaver
- Dead Man's Plate
- Death's Dance
Riot Games have already released a dev insights post that is focusing on mobility, offering examples of when it's great and when it's bad while also hinting at how they are going to tackle the problematic bunch.
