League of Legends patch 11.10 will bring some very interesting changes to popular champions like Yuumi, Lux and Irelia. The patch should go live around May 12.

League of Legends lead gameplay designer Mark Yetter, better known as Riot Scruffy has revealed  the balance targets for the upcoming patch 11.10. According to the new tweet, these champions will see some buffs in the next patch:

  • Irelia
  • Kennen
  • Kayle
  • Lux
  • Zyra
  • Yuumi

Irelia holds one of the lowest win rates in the game with just 45 per cent. Even though she has one of the strongest one-item power spikes, she falls off the cliff in the later stages of the game. Her passive, which gives her a very strong lane presence, becomes less significant in the late-game team fights.

Yuumi is probably one of the most controversial champions that can "break the game" in the game and it's pretty much certain that Riot will go easy on her buffs.

The list of champions that will receive nerfs this patch is as follows:

  • Galio
  • Darius
  • Talon
  • Jinx
  • Thresh
  • Bard
  • Katarina

Darius is probably one of the strongest lane bullies in the game right now. The introduction of the new item Stridebreaker solves most of his scaling problems. Being able to surprise your opponents with the dash and slow can give you the upper edge in a game-winning team fight.

The current state of the meta has made Jinx one of, if not the strongest hyper carry champions in the game. Shifting her late-game power to the earlier stages of the game could solve this problem.

The following items will get buffed:

  • Riftmaker
  • Abyssal Mask
  • Guinsoo's Rageblade
  • Goredrinker

Riftmaker is considered one of the weakest mythic items in the game and many champions that could benefit from the spall vamp are opting for some stronger mythic options like the Lost Chapter items.
