League of Legends patch 10.21 will bring some very interesting changes including big Ahri and Kayle kit adjustments which will result in a small buff overall.
After releasing the balance target list , Riot Games' lead gameplay designer, Mark Yetter, has now tweeted about the specific changes targeting the champions for patch 10.21.
The list of champions that will receive nerfs this patch is as follows:
- Samira - E cooldown will get increased from 15-11 to 20-12 seconds; E attack speed will get lowered from 30-50 to 20-40 per cent
- Hecarim - E base damage will get reduced from 45-165 to 35-155; maximum base damage on E will get lowered from 90-330 to 70-310
- Graves - E armour per stack will get lowered from 8-20 to 8-18
- Nidalee - Base attack damage will get reduced from 61 to 58
- Camille - E attack speed will get lowered from 40-80 to 40-60 per cent
- Pantheon (Support) - Q damage will get lowered from 75-215 (+100 bonus AD) to 70-190 (+115 bonus AD); Q Mortal Will Bonus damage scaling will get buffed from 100-115 per cent of bonus AD
Champions that will receive buffs this patch include:
- Corki - Q bonus AD ratio increased from 50 to 70 per cent
- Aphelios - Lethality stats for passive will get buffed from 2-12 to 3-18; Callibrum Ultimate additional mark damage will get increased from 20-70 to 40-100; Gravitum Ultimate root time increased from 1 to 1.25 seconds; Severum Ultimate healing will get increased from 200-400 to 250-500; Infernum Ultimate splash damage increased from 75 to 85 per cent; Callibrum Ultimate will now generate 4 chakrams
- Trundle - Passive healing will get increased from 2-6 to 2-7 per cent; W cooldown will get lowered from 15 to 15-11 seconds
- Karma - Passive Mantra cooldown refund for spells will get increased from 2-4 on level 1-13 to 2-6 at level 1-1; Ultimate cooldown reduced from 45-36 to 40-34 seconds
- Udyr - Ultimate pulse total damage will get increased from 40-240 to 50-300
- Lee Sin - AD per level increased from 3.2 to 3.7
