Riot Games updated the PBE client for League of Legends with the new skins from the upcoming High Noon event but it appears only half were revealed.
High Noon is one of the most popular skin lines in League of Legends , probably owing to the classy western style, so when a new round of skins arrives, the community gets pretty hyped. It appears Riot Games will go all-in with the next event which will unfold in two phases.
The first phase will release the initial batch of skins for Talon, Varus, Katarina, Mordekaiser and Leona. There is no official mention of the other skins but it looks like Riot Games are teasing them through Leona.
Namely, all the aforementioned skins will be in the 1350 RP tier, except for Leona, which is a Legendary. This 1820 RP skin brings along a new voiceover that references other High Noon characters, both existing and those that are going to be introduced later on.
As it stands, Leona is currently referencing Samira, Sion, Tahm Kench, Twitch and Viktor. Whether the failure to remove the voice lines referencing these characters was an oversight by Riot or an intentional teaser remains to be seen but the next patch might be the biggest one in the history of League of Legends as far as new skins go.
It is also bringing the latest World Champions' skins as EDG members picked Graves, Viego, Zoe, Aphelios and Yuumi as their chosen champions.
