Summoner's Rift will host a special clash event this week called Conqueror Cup. Compared to the previous ones, this clash will have improved rewards, especially for the premium ticket users.
The addition of Clash into League of Legends has certainly been one of the best moves Riot Games have made in recent times. Clash is a competitive game mode in which you and four premade teammates compete against teams of the same or similar skill level in order to win special rewards.
The rewards for the top spots contain a variety of items such as: skin shards, ward skins, emotes, icons, and logos. This week we will have a special edition of clash called Conqueror Cup which will bring some additional awards, especially for the premiums ticket users who end up in the main finals.
Basic ticket users will have improved Victory Point rewards:
- 400 Victory Points Banner for Level 1
- 600 Victory Points Banner for Level 2
- 1000 Victory Points Banner for Level 3
The premium ticket rewards have also been improved - players will earn Conqueror loot in addition to the regular rewards.
If a team gets placed 6th through 8th in their bracket, they will get an additional Legacy Conqueror skin shard for Karma, Varus, or Alistar.
However, if you get placed in the top five, the rewards will include a Legacy Conqueror skin permanent for the same three champions, apart from the usual rewards.
The Conqueror Clash tournament will be held on Saturday, July 11, and Sunday, July 12. The team signups are already open so don't waste any time and assure your place in this week's event.
