UK Weekly Sales Charts are looking more or less as expected, with the highlights being that Kingdom Hearts III took the throne from Resident Evil 2 Remake and that Fallout 76 sold better than PUBG, but both are at the bottom of the ladder.

Kingdom Hearts III took the coveted #1 spot on UK's sales charts in its debut week, dethroning Capcom's well-received Resident Evil 2 Remake. This is not much of a surprise as the majority of Remake's sales already went through as it released earlier and Kingdom Hearts III was a hotly anticipated title.

Red Dead Redemption 2 is still trucking on in the #3 spot, followed by FIFA 19. The latter managed to improve its ranking compared to the week before, where it was the fifth best-sold game. This came at the cost of Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 dropping from third place the week before to now fifth place after FIFA 19.

In an interesting turn of events, Call of Duty: Black Ops 4, Red Dead Redemption 2 and Resident Evil 2 Remake all have PEGI 18+ rating, most likely due to their graphic depictions of violence, but FIFA 19 is PEGI 3+, despite essentially having an online casino called FIFA Ultimate Team.

Back to the charts, Mario games found themselves in sixth, seventh and eighth spots, followed by GTA V. It is quite impressive GTA remains in top 10 five and a half years after release and despite Red Dead Online going live recently. The top 10 list is closed off by Spyro Reignited Trilogy.

On the opposite side of the spectrum, there are games that have fallen out favour. Namely, it's Fallout 76 which is arguably the most hated Fallout game to date, but it has still managed to outperform PUBG this week.

Fallout 76 is sitting in spot #34, while PUBG is 36th. Then again, Fallout 76 did go through major discounts, which may have helped the sales, but the slow sales also show how low PUBG has fallen - from once being at the top of the gaming world, to competing with the most hated Fallout entry at the bottom of the ladder .
