Riot Games' recent attempt to improve the overall state of AD carry champions has proven to be somewhat successful with a slight 0.21 increase in their average win rate.
The League of Legends balance team recently made the decision to increase the overall impact of AD carry champions by giving them some extra health and a movement speed buff to Zeal items. A thread on Reddit revealed how the changes actually affected each of the champions in patch 10.11 for Platinum and the ranks above.
The list of champions that got the health and movement speed buffs is as follows:
- Aphelios: 48.66 - 49.62 per cent (+0.96)
- Ashe: 51.44 - 51.98 per cent (+0.54)
- Caitlyn: 50.29 - 50.57 per cent (+0.28%)
- Draven: 51.29 - 51.50 per cent (+0.21)
- Ezreal: 49.60 - 49.96 per cent (+0.36)
- Jhin: 50.97 - 51.65 per cent (+0.68)
- Jinx: 51.05 - 51.87 per cent (+0.82)
- Kai'Sa: 47.28 - 47.71 per cent (+0.43)
- Kog'Maw: 51.67 - 52.73 per cent (+1.06)
- Miss Fortune: 50.63 - 50.82 per cent (+0.19)
- Sivir: 50.00 - 50.15 per cent (+0.15)
- Twitch: 51.74 - 52.17 per cent (+0.43)
- Varus: 50.71 - 50.70 per cent (-0.01)
- Xayah: 48.31 - 48.32 per cent (+0.01)
The four champions that got the scaling buffs have all seen a decrease in their overall win rate:
- Vayne: 51.18 - 50.98 per cent (-0.20)
- Kalista: 49.79 - 49.43 per cent (-0.36)
- Lucian: 48.39 - 47.08 per cent (-1.31)
- Tristana: 49.80 - 49.32 per cent (-0.48)
Kog'Maw seems to have benefited the most from these changes with a 1.06 per cent increase in win rate. This is quite odd considering that he rarely builds any Zeal items.
Lucian is probably the biggest loser here since his win rate dropped by a staggering 1.31 per cent and he currently holds the lowest win rate with 46.02 per cent.
