Today, developer Sumo Digital released a brand new trailer for their upcoming title Hood: Outlaws and Legends. The trailer focuses on the Hunter class.
Hood: Outlaws and Legends is a violent, medieval PvPvE multiplayer heist title from Sumo Digital and Focus Home Interactive and it's safe to say that the game has attracted a lot of attention since its reveal. The reason for this is mainly in its concept. You play as a warrior in a team of four who must infiltrate, locate, and extract priceless treasure guarded by a powerful military force.
The game offers several classes and today, Sumo Digital have released a trailer that introduces a brand new class called the Hunter. This class is inspired by Maid Marian, the heroine of the Robin Hood legend in English folklore.
The official description of this class states that The Hunter uses both silent attacks and stealth attacks. Her main weapon is a crossbow, which has been modified to shoot three arrows at once. "Elusive and mysterious, her quick takedowns, invisibility magic and smoke grenades make her a silent terror in infiltration and assassination."
The Hunter's special trait is called Shadow. This ability allows her to assassinate guards from any direction. Basically, you don't have to position yourself behind the guard to take them down, which makes the assassination a lot easier. Other Outlaws don't posses such trait.
Finally, the Hunter's ultimate ability is the Shroud. It basically makes the Hunter completely undetectable by guards. Find more details about the class and its abilities in the trailer above.
