Patches for Halo 5 and Halo Wars 2 deployed
The first-person shooter Halo 5 has received "a variety of fixes, tweaks and improvements to various aspects of the game - particularly to Forge."
Patches made to the multiplayer include the option of choosing 0% in the custom setting regarding the speed of movement and jump height. The Grunt Mech kamikaze in the Warzone has been disabled to help fix faulty credit allocation and more. Other updates include ones made to the sandbox "Improved golf club damage and feel" - 18 holes worth of damage in a single stroke) and the Forge.
Xbox
also got an update which will address the crashes and errors in performance such as getting stuck in the loading screen or the game crashing when trying to load a saved game.
Gameplay also received some TLC in the form of fixing the issue of "Detect" performing poorly on some starting units. Skirmish AI has been talked into using Extraction and Teleport. Metagame got some Phoenix Log page adjustments, among other things. Cosmetic and audio departments have also been taken care of. Some "under-the-hood" preparations have been made for the future ranked multiplayer.
