CD Projekt Red has launched a new game mode for their GWENT: The Witcher Card Game. The new mode is titled Arena and it will give the players a chance to build their decks from the cards they usually don't have unlocked.
CD Projekt Red, the dev studio behind The Witcher series, has announced the launch of the new draft-based Arena mode for GWENT. If you end up signing the bald man's contract and enter the mode, you'll be tasked with creating decks and fighting for rewards.
Players will build their decks by drafting cards from GWENT’s entire collection - including premium cards - with no restrictions on faction, card rarity, or duplicates. The deck will be built one card at a time, and you'll choose that one card from a selection of four randomly drawn cards of the same rarity.

This process ends when you complete your deck and select your leader. Then you can begin battling other players. The decks you make in the Arena mode will have their own sets of rules which will be separate from those in other game modes.
When making their decks, players will be able to use cards from all playable factions as well as multiple copies of certain card types. The game will end once you win a total of nine games, or lose three. Whatever the outcome, you're guaranteed to win one Keg. The rest of your reward will depend on the number of opponents you manage to defeat.
The new Arena mode will be governed by Gaunter O’Dimm a character from Hearts of Stone, an expansion for The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt. To be able to find Gaunter O’Dimm and take part in Arena, you will have to enter Master Mirror’s realm.
