Master Mirror - the fifth expansion for GWENT: The Witcher Card Game is now live. The expansion is available for download as a free GWENT update for iOS, Android, and PC.
Master Mirror, the latest expansion for GWENT is all about Gaunter O'Dimm, the mysterious and powerful character we've had the chance to encounter in the Hearts of Stone expansion for The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt.
The Master Mirror expansion includes over 70 new cards, with 11 neutral cards and 6 unique, legendary faction cards that change their appearance and skills in line with the course of the battle.
A bunch of new offensive, as well as defensive abilities, have also been introduced to GWENT. One of the new abilities is "Veil". The new ability allows players to protect an allied unit from negative statuses, or prevent an enemy unit from gaining beneficial ones.
Another ability, titled "Devotion", enhances the skills of a card that has that keyword. The catch? The ability will only enhance the skills if the player's deck consists solely of faction-specific cards.

In celebration of the release of Master Mirror, the ‘Gaunter’s Ultimate Challenge’ event has kicked off in GWENT. Players can support their favourite factions and fight for unique titles and other prizes by performing special tasks.
The new event will go on from June 30 all the way until August 5, 2020. More details here .
