Rockstar Games revealed the juicy details about GTA Enhanced and Expanded for PlayStation 5 but limited info can be extrapolated for other versions as well.
GTA Enhanced and Expansion upgrade is coming to current-gen consoles on November 11, 2021. That was known for a while now but a PlayStation blog post on the German version of the site confirmed as much.
It also talked about the performance that we can expect from the game once the update launches, promising 4K 60 FPS on Sony's console. With that in mind, it's safe to say that Xbox Series X will be able to at least match this performance while Xbox Series S will be able to produce 60 FPS in 1440p.
GTA E&E has not been confirmed for PC yet. Technically, PC players can already play GTA V and by extent GTAO in 4K with 60 or more frames per second, depending on their hardware but there are additional features E&E will have.
For example, some vehicles will have top speed upgrades once this version launches and that was announced with Los Santos Tuners update. Considering the popularity of these cars, fans are anxious to see which ones will get the upgrade and whether it will be available on PC.
Rockstar didn't officially comment on the matter yet and it remains to be seen if PC players will have to do without these specific car upgrades, for a limited time or permanently.
