Thanks to a Steam leak, we can confirm that the first major expansion for Forza Horizon 5 will be Hot Wheels themed.
It's been a long wait for the first Forza Horizon 5 expansion but it looks like the official announcement is now imminent, given that the key art of the first expansion has surfaced on Steam.
The key art, which you can see above, confirms that the first Forza Horizon 5 expansion will be Hot Wheels themed, which will certainly make Forza fans ecstatic. Hot Wheels is one of the most popular additions to Forza Horizon games along with the Lego-themed expansion for Forza Horizon 4.
At the moment, we don't have additional details about the expansion but it's safe to assume that the official announcement is being prepared for the Xbox and Bethesda showcase which is happening this Sunday, June 12, 2022.
We expect to hear the first details about the expansion as well as some spectacular gameplay that will give us a closer look at big new additions and features.
Forza Horizon 5 Hot Wheels expansion will be a paid release since you can already pre-order it in a way, via the Expansion bundle that costs 34,99€. The bundle includes two future expansions, one being the Hot Wheels expansion while the other one is still a mystery.
Forza Horizon 5 is available now on PC, Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S.
