There might be two maps on their way to Fortnite as we speak. Both have leaked along with a bunch of Location and Landmark names. One is a smaller Limited Time Mode map while the other features a bunch of unnamed Locations and Landmarks.

Just a couple of days ago, Fortnite v17.40 Update was found by data miners to contain leftover files and item IDs for plenty of new cosmetics that won't be arriving in-game for months.

Today, we have a brand new, and arguably bigger, leak courtesy of popular Fortnite leaker Hypex. The leaker has posted information about two new Fortnite maps, including names of new Locations and Landmarks.

Fortnite map leak - The "Demeter"

First on the timeline is a list of unreleased locations and landmarks for the "Demeter", a map that was initially thought to be on its way to Chapter 3. This has since been debunked as the grid IDs are too small for Battle Royale and the map will probably make an appearance in a future Limited Time Mode.

"Demeter" map leaked Locations and Landmarks
  • Canoe Shop
  • Dragons Maw Cave
  • Farm - Forest Ruins
  • Haunted Hotel
  • Hiking Visitors Center
  • Hydro Power Station
  • Camp - Castle
  • Mansion
  • Prison

Fortnite map leak: Open-World

This one has no codename associated with it so we're going with "Open Wolrd". According to Hypex, this is one fully grown map with many Landmarks and Locations that don't yet have a proper name.
