As the anticipation for Escape from Tarkov: Arena builds, Battlestate Games maintains tight control over the flow of information about their latest creation. This article reveals everything the community knows so far about BSGs newest game.

So far Battlestate Games have done a really good job keeping news about their newest game, Escape from Tarkov: Arena as controlled as they want it to be.

Firstly, Escape from Tarkov and Escape from Tarkov: Arena are two completely separate games that are meant to be purchased separately. However, if you own the Ryzhy Edition of Escape from Tarkov, you will get Escape from Tarkov: Arena with that Edition.

Battlestate Games have secured a booth at TwitchCon that is taking place from October 20 till 22 and their newest game will be available to play and test but the official release date of the game is yet to be confirmed.

Many speculate that the Las Vegas TwitchCon will be the moment when Battlestate Games softlaunch Escape from Tarkov: Arena but that information will stay unconfirmed until the moment the Con happens.

Escape from Tarkov: Arena will be a PvPvE first-person shooter with tactical team modes where the hardcore mechanics of the original Escape from Tarkov are sped up and turned into fast-paced matches. You will be able to choose your rating and role presets before the match and the roles include Assault, COB, Scout and Sniper.

Battlestate Games have merged the two games in a way so playing one game will give you progress in the other and vice versa so grinding both games all the time just to stay afloat will not be necessary.

Lastly, all of the items and guns that the players have encountered in Escape from Tarkov will be in the new game as well so players will not need to familiarize themselves with them. For more details about Escape from Tarkov: Arena, go to this link.
