Konami has confirmed eFootball Kick-Off! will release on Nintendo Switch 2 June 3. The game launches digitally worldwide today at 8:00 a.m. PT / 11:00 a.m. ET.
The new entry in Konami’s former PES series will release exclusively on Nintendo’s newest system. Pricing for Nintendo Switch 2 has been set at £15.99 digitally, with a special game-key card priced at 3,850 yen launching physically in Japan.
Designed with simplified systems and a variety of game modes focused on competitiveness, eFootball Kick-Off! will cater to both old fans and new.

Developer Konami has announced that this entry is being marketed as a digital launch exclusive for the Switch 2 console. The game’s objective is to provide quick, intense gameplay with simplified controls without sacrificing strategy.
Owners who buy the game early as a digital download will unlock football icon Lionel Messi as a free World Tour playable when pre-order details are announced on the official website.
Game Modes and Features
World Tour is a single-player mode where players construct their own squad and play in tournaments worldwide. As players progress, they will aim to become one of the best teams in the world.
Quick Match allows players to play a match right away with real national teams and clubs. This mode makes finding and playing local games with friends and family simple.
Additionally, there will be a mode added after-launch titled International Cup which is based off of the world’s biggest tournament. It is free of additional cost.Six-a-Side Football mode puts an emphasis on high-energy games with more goals scored. O
n-Pitch Dialogue and Easy Controls assist new players by teaching positioning and when to shoot. The game will even slow down when players are taking shots to score goals. Players can share the game with up to three other players locally if they purchase GameShare.
