Destiny 2's latest season - Season of the Hunt just got a new trailer. The Guardians will be tasked with hunting the followers of Xivu Arath. The new season brings fresh quests and gear.
Bungie have released a new trailer for the latest Season of Destiny 2. Titled "Season of the Hunt," the new content tells the story of followers of Xivu Arath who are looking to seize power for some unknown, but probably super nefarious, purpose.
Guardians will have to work with Spider to hunt down the new villains and find out why Xivu is gathering recruits to her side.

Season of the Hunt brings with it a new power level cap and a new artifact with new mods and combat enhancements.
Season of the Hunt will run from November 10 until February 9, and the Season Mission will begin on November 17. Players will be able to hunt followers of Xivu Arath in a new Season-specific activity.
New quests and new gear
In addition, Season of the Hunt will have a plethora of new activities and gear:
- Hawkmoon Exotic Quest
- New weapons for Trials of Osiris
- New ritual armour sets
- New Season Pass and rewards
- New universal armour ornaments
During the holiday period, the Dawning seasonal event will return as well, prompting Guardians everywhere to stop what they're doing and go deliver some cookies. This year, new recipes will be available to deliver to old and new friends, giving players event packages and a new weapon.
Destiny 2: Beyond Light
Destiny 2: Beyond Light launched worldwide on November 10. Players can jump in now on Steam, PlayStation 4 or Xbox One. If you're going next-gen, you will be able to play Beyond Light on PlayStation 5 or Xbox Series X/S on December 8.
