Dambuster Studios and Deep Silver are set to release their long-awaited zombie action adventure Dead Island 2 later this week. Here's the official launch trailer, which once again shows the game in all its gore and comedy.
After a long, long wait, we're finally got to counting only days towards the release of the highly anticipated zombie action adventure Dead Island 2 . To celebrate the launch, developer Dambuster Studios and publisher Deep Silver have just dropped a new trailer for the game. You can check it out above.
As you would've expected from a Dead Island game, the trailer is jam-packed with zombie slaying but it also strongly focuses on the narrative as it introduces us to the characters we'll meet in zombie-infested streets and mansions of LA.
To be frank, Dead Island 2 looks better than ever in the latest trailer, which is always a good sign that the developers have managed to improve most of the aspects before the official launch.
In earlier trailers, we got to see most of these locations and zombies that are present in the launch trailer but there are several new shots that show us the iconic locations during different times of day, like the beach Ferris wheel.

All in all, we certainly cannot wait to finally dive into Dead Island 2 later this week. Dead Island 2 is officially hitting the shelves on Friday, April 21, 2023, for PC , PlayStation 4 , PlayStation 5 , Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S .
