God of War director Cory Barlog will attend Sony's CES 2020 keynote, which suggests that some brand new details about PlayStation 5 could be revealed.
Consumer Electronics Show (CES) 2020 is the world's biggest annual trade show for the new products and technologies in the consumer electronics industry. CES is the place to reveal many big things from the world's largest companies such as Intel, AMD and Sony. CES 2020 officially kicks off on Tuesday, 07 January and ends on Friday, 10 January 2020.
Many PlayStation fans expect to hear some new details about Sony next-generation console PlayStation 5 at the event but the Japanese giant is yet to officially announce what exactly we can expect from their keynote. However, the company started to raise the curiosity of those who can't wait for PlayStation 5 with the new teaser.
According to their website, "the future is coming" at CES 2020. Here's is the full announcement in detail: "At CES 2020 Sony is unveiling a unique vision of the future, bringing creativity and technology together like never before, to unleash new sensations and emotions."
At the moment, it is unknown what exactly are Sony referring to but it's possible that PlayStation 5 could be just one part of their show. Some claim that the next-gen console probably deserves its own reveal event and we agree with that but a couple of new details about PS5 on CES 2020 certainly would not be surprising.
God of War director Cory Barlog will also attend the show, which suggests that Sony could talk about games and their next-gen console a lot more than initially expected.
Sony's CES 2020 presentation is set to kick off on 06 January 2020 at 5:00 PM PST/ 8:00 PM EST/ 2:00 AM CET.
