As always, what happens on the Internet stays on the Internet and this is the case for Chivalry 2 trailer, which announces cross-gen and cross-play support for the game. Yes, that means Chivalry 2 will be coming to next-gen consoles PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X as well as current-gen consoles and PC via Epic Games Store. Cross-play support will also be available among all platforms.
The new trailer should go live sometime today during IGN's Summer of Gaming digital event, which also includes gameplay premiere for the highly anticipated Mortal Shell and other titles.
Chivalry 2 is currently in development for PC and consoles and it should be coming sometime in 2020. The game is a sequel to mega-popular Chivalry: Medieval Warfare which released way back in 2012 as an exclusive to PC but it also arrived to Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 in 2014 and 2015, respectively.
