Treyarch and Raven have finally spilt the beans on Season 2 of Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War and Warzone, and the announcement comes with a delicious cinematic trailer.
So, Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War and Warzone are kicking off Season 2 on February 25, 2021, and the trailer should fill any narrative gaps you may find.
"Get ready to descend into the heart of the Golden Triangle as Frank Woods and his team go on the hunt for Russell Adler, who went missing at the end of Season One after being captured by Stitch. But the strike team finds a new adversary in the form of Kapono “Naga” Vang, a ruthless trafficker of Nova 6", Activision wrote in the weekly briefing.
Judging by the trailer, it looks like Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War and Warzone are getting some plot twists down the line. Stitch continues to pull tricks and misdirections, throwing off his adversaries from what is his main plan. Which we know for certain isn't particularly concerned for Nova gas supplies.
if your trigger finger's itching already, worry not as Activision announced a bunch of fresh additions that should make the wait for Season 2 of Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War feel a bit shorter.
"In the meantime, Season One keeps getting better, as Throwback Moshpit debuts in Multiplayer, Snipers Only Moshpit returns, Double XP and Double Battle Pass XP go live this weekend, and a cool new retro-themed bundle hits the store", they wrote.
Season 2 takes CoD: BOCW and Warzone players to the heart of the Golden Triangle, where they'll find a fierce new opponent in Nova peddler Kapono "Naga" Vang.
That minigun sound, though...
