Ubisoft's brawler game, Brawlhalla, is coming to iOS and Android devices on August 6, 2020, bringing one of the best fighters to the mobile devices.
Brawlhalla, developed by Blue Mammoth and published by Ubisoft, is a highly successful brawling game. The term "brawling" is often mentioned instead of "fighting" as it's not the typical fighting game where two opponents are trying to drain each other's health bar but rather along the lines of Super Smash Bros series.
Here, the fighters will hit each other to increase the opponent's percentage which will amplify the knockback applied from successful hits with the intention of knocking the character off the screen.
Brawlhalla is already available on PC, PlayStation 4, Xbox One and Nintendo Switch. The best part is that you will not run out of people to play with since it fully supports cross-play between existing platforms and mobile devices will have it available at launch.
While the fighters in Brawlhalla may not be as popular as Solid Snake or Captain Falcon, it does have its own celebrities. Namely, Brawlhalla often features crossovers with other franchises and has fictional characters pop in, along the lines of Ben 10 or Adventure Time. Other times, it's real people, like The Rock or John Cena of WWE fame.
Brawlhalla will be free to play, with the cosmetic microtransactions acting as the main source of revenue. Furthermore, those who pre-register will get a free skin at launch.
