Animal Crossing: New Horizons is heading for a hefty winter update soon, with new seasonal events, reactions, hairstyles, save data transfer and a bunch more.

The game's Winter Update lands in a few days, more precisely on November 19, 2020, with plenty of technical and gameplay improvements.

In terms of new events, Animal Crossing: New Horizons' November and December will host Turkey Day event on November 26, whereas Toy Day lands around the time of Santa's attempts to reach everyone, December 24, 2020.

As we've come to expect, each of the events will come with limited-time, event-themed, festive recipes and island additions. Speaking of island additions, Nintendo confirmed that house storage will be upped to 2,400 slots, an improvement of 800 slots, which should give you more than enough room to weather the cold winter days and nights.

Up next are Animal Crossing: New Horizons' new Hip Reaction Collection and Top 6 Stylish Hairstyles, both of which can be found and redeemed over at Nook Miles'.

From now on, you'll be able to use Wave Goodbye, Sit Down, Take a Picture, Sniff Sniff, Work Out, Yoga, Here You Go, Excited and Ta-Da Reactions, each one clearly cuter than the next.

As for the new hairstyles, Animal Crossing: New Horizons players are getting a bunch of popular hairdos, all of them mandatory cute, although you can choose to go bald too if that's what you're looking for.

The Winter update also brings two new ways to transfer Animal Crossing: New Horizons data between Switch systems - Entire Island Transfer and Resident Move (Single Player Transfer). You can learn more about these on Nintendo's official website .

Nintendo also scheduled the next Animal Crossing: New Horizons free update for late January, so no more changes until the New Year is knocking at the door.
