Ubisoft have brought unique characters into since day one. One of these characters is Sebastien Côté, better known as Buck, who comes from a family with a strong military tradition and started his military journey while in college as part of the Canadian Reserves.
After earning a degree in criminology, he joined the Canadian Armed Forces full-time and became a member of the Military Police. Thanks to his specialized training, which covered high-risk situations, marine rescues, armed ship boarding, and more, he became a prime candidate for the RCMP Emergency Response Team.
Even after joining the prestigious special operations unit JTF2, Côté didn't stop there. He continued to learn and master new skills, such as high-speed driving on land and water, handling hazardous materials, and rescuing hostages.
When facing high-pressure situations, he remains calm and adaptable. His leadership style is friendly and intuitive, which makes him a versatile and valuable team member.
In addition to being fluent in French and English, Côté is proficient in Pashto and is currently studying Kanien'kéha (Mohawk) out of personal interest.
He's determined to make a positive impact in the world, but he approaches it with a practical and realistic mindset. He's not deterred by the effort required to achieve actual results.
He comes from a close-knit family, being the middle of three siblings. It seems like his whole family is quite active, with most of their activities centered around the outdoors. However, Côté also has a passion for mechanical puzzles.
