Valheim has captured the hearts and all of the free time of its fans. One particularly creative player who also happens to be skilled with a digital paintbrush has taken upon themselves to draw every mob in the game. A Reddit user who goes by mrmng went and took his self-appointed mission very seriously, divided the mobs by biome and started creating.
Two weeks after acquiring Valheim, mrmng and their friend have spent over 60 hours in the 10th World. This spawned the first of hopefully many designs of the creatures from the Meadows.
Greydwarf - Greyling
Our mrmng imagined Valheim's Greylings as a sapling - rooted to the ground and unable to move until their legs have fully formed.
Boar
Seeing how Boars are a thing in real life, mrmng just played around with the designs for a two-star boar and a piglet.
Eikthyr
The first boss the players encounter in Valheim is a towering stag with a set of fearsome antlers draped with chains. The artist's depiction has him sporting lamps and quite a bit more muscle than its in-game version. We agree that the skull adds to the "I need new pants" factor. The Princess Mononoke reference is also welcome.
Necks
After toying with some more snake-like designs for the amphibious beings, mrmng reverted back to their waterlily and seaweed-adorned "pudgy" reptiles.
Deer
The loudest of them all - Deer have received the same treatment as the other real-life mob from Valheim. No major design changes, but still totally majestic.
