To unlock the third tier of costumes in SpongeBob SquarePants The Cosmic Shake, you will need to collect eight more doubloons. This is also the last tier you can unlock from the first playthrough.
Tier No. 3 of SpongeBob's outfits will force you to work a bit harder, as this tier requires you to find eight more golden doubloons. This is also the final tier you will be able to acquire on your first playthrough.
You will most certainly come across several visible doubloons on your first playthrough, but you will be unable to reach them due to the lack of special skills SpongeBob will learn later in the game, such as sling shot and double splash.
So, without further ado, let's go find the next eight shining little coins.
Doubloon No. 3, Pirate Goo Lagoon
This one will be a little trickier to obtain. From the Shipwreck Treasure checkpoint, make your way over the collapsing wooden platforms until you reach the sunken ship's mast. Use the pirate hook to swing over and glide to the next ship. Wait a few seconds after jumping onto the unstable ship, then jump onto the blue floating crate to your left. Parkour over a couple of floating crates and jump on the next ship's mast, where the next doubloon awaits.

Doubloon No. 4, Pirate Goo Lagoon
Don't go down the corridor once Admiral Pran destroys the wooden barrier with his exploding pie cannon; instead, look right to see the trampoline behind the building. Jump from the trampoline to the rooftop and make your way across the roofs, dodging cannon fire along the way. Now for the tricky part: ahead of you will be a bunch of blue floating crates and platforms. You'll have to navigate all of those little crates and falling platforms to get to this doubloon. If you fall, you will be forced to restart from the beginning. At the end of the parkour course, there are stacked crates with golden doubloon on top of them.

Doubloon No. 1, Halloween Rock Bottom
As soon as the level starts, you will have to descend some broken buses, and then the cutscene will start showcasing the new type of enemy, the guys you will be able to defeat by boo-scaring them. After the cutscene, look up, and you will see the kickable balloon. Climb the rock and karate-kick the balloon. Enter the cave ahead of you, and at the end of the cave is the next doubloon.

After the second checkpoint, continue to follow Garry's slime to the next objective, where you will have to splash the button on the ground. Don't do it just yet; instead, jump over the moving platform and then onto the trampoline. Make your way around, and then climb the jelly crates. From the crates, jump onto the house in front of you. The next golden doubloon is just ahead.

From the previous doubloon, jump over two floating platforms, then over two stone platforms. The next golden doubloon is on the second one.

The next doubloon you can collect in the first playthrough will be near the end of this level. After reaching the museum, the hiding place of King Gary, you will notice some boo-scare jellies below you. Deal with them, and then look just below the platform from which you jumped into this room. The doubloon is just behind the wooden barrier.

Doubloon No. 1, Prehistoric Kelp Forest
After more sliding and platforming, you will ultimately get to a point where you must leap over two eating plants and a large bear. After landing on the platform, deal with some enemies before jumping down to the large log underneath you. Jump down from the log to the rock to find the splash button and a kickable door. Splash the button, kick the door, and hop onto the bubble board. Finish the course in 30 seconds or less, and the first doubloon for this level will be waiting for you at the end.

Doubloon No. 2, Prehistoric Kelp Forest
Once you reach the rock painting puzzle that you will have to solve in order to continue your journey through this level, look behind a strange structure on the right side of the puzzle. The second doubloon is there.

This will get you enough doubloons to unlock the third tier of SpongeBob's outfits. In this tier, you will be able to unlock four more costumes: ExplorerBob, Knight, Vampire, and Housemaid.
