Scorpion's Sting is one of the best artefact items for New World PvP, on account of being able to hook enemies who would otherwise kite you to death.
As such, it is in high demand but the respawn timer for Scorpio Supernal, the boss who drops it, is abysmally slow, which could be an issue in your farming efforts.
While Amazon Game Studios didn't provide a timetable for when he spawns, it is not hard to figure out so here is a full list.

The reason it takes him 90 minutes to respawn is that Scorpio pops up only once when the in-game night happens. After he is killed, he won't be there until another night has taken place.
New World's daytime lasts for 6ssa minutes and night time is 30 minutes, meaning there is exactly 90 minutes between his two spawns.
Since many players are attempting to get the spear, he gets killed almost instantly so you would do well to get to his spawn room a few minutes before it happens.
