Ankh is one of the most sought-after artefacts in New World because it increases the amount of healing players get from all sources except potions, making it invaluable in organised groups that have a healer.
Mind you, the healer themselves shouldn't wear it as it reduces their healing output but if everyone else has it, the group becomes extremely tanky.
To obtain Ankh, you will need to do a lot of PvP though, something many players are not fond of. The amulet can appear at the third checkpoint in PvP tracks after 50th track onwards and it will cost 50,000 Azoth Salt.
The salt itself is not a problem unless you keep buying things on your way to 50 tracks. That said, you will have enough to grab Serenity, Freedom and a few more goodies along the way.
PvP XP is what you need the most of and just like the name suggests, you get it through PvP activities. For those who want to evade doing PvP as much as possible, we do have a guide on how to get PvP XP as a PvE player but if you don't mind getting your hands dirty, there is a much more efficient way.
Arenas are a 3v3 brawl where players have a simple task of eliminating the opposing team and this is by far the best way to farm PvP XP. A match typically takes five to 10 minutes and awards up to 2,500 PvP XP. Even if you don't win, you are looking at 500 XP at worst.
Once you get to 50 tracks, you are not guaranteed to have Ankh in the third checkpoint, only a chance at it. Additionally, Pestilence also starts appearing, another item well worth having, although it doesn't translate to PvE as well.
