Records or vinyls are one of the collectables in Lies of P and you can find them at specific vendors or by completing side quests.
Each record features a beautiful song that you can play and even get some extra rewards if you bring them to Venigni's buttler Pulcinello.

Lies of P record player location
To play the records in Lies of P, you'll need a record player, which can be found in Hotel Krat, the game's main hub location.
The record player is in the hotel lobby, near the reception and Stargazer. Here's the screenshot of the location of the record player:
Once you approach the record player you will be able to choose which record you want to play. The game will also allow you to pause and switch tracks as long as you're in the Hotel, which is a nice quality-of-life feature.
