Nevertheless, certain mechanics, like treasure maps, adhere to the traditional system: discover the map, identify the depicted environment, and unlock the hidden treasure it conceals.
One such map is located early in the game, specifically during the haunting case called The Heaytons, where you are tasked with uncovering the murder and schemes related to the local blacksmith inside the hunting village. During The Heaytons haunting case, you will reach the hut surrounded by wolves, and by killing them, you will first meet the blacksmith. After your conversation with him, as part of the quest, you will have to enter this hut and go through it to reach your next objective. Do not exit the hut just yet; instead, pick up the map lying to the left.
To solve the case, you will have to be inside the hunting camp, where the treasure is located as well, so press on with the case until you actually solve it. Upon doing so, open up the map and see the resemblance to the bridge landmarks. The treasure is located by the river, between two huge rocks. Check out the map we put below for reference.
Once you get close to the treasure, Red will comment that the treasure is near, so this will be a sign that you are on the right track. Dig beneath the rock to uncover one Scourge Accretion, a very rare upgrade material needed for your wristband upgrades.
