The collectibles that will give you the most trouble in Banishers: Ghosts of New Eden, the latest action RPG from Don't Nod, are without doubt treasure maps, because solving them will require a great deal of thinking and not a small amount of legwork.
Some maps are harder to solve than others, while on some of them you will stumble by mere chance while exploring the world or solving the cases and quests.
However, one unconventional map to solve and treasure to be found waits for you at the conclusion of the optional Twins haunting case, where you will have the opportunity to locate and unearth the treasure after assembling the torn treasure map. If finding this treasure poses too big of a challenge for you, we've prepared a guide to help you out with that.
How to locate the treasure at the end of the Twins haunting case
After assembling the torn map, you will have a better picture of where the treasure could be located, but once you check out the in-game map, you will be none the wiser because the location drawn on the map doesn't seem to mirror any of the locations on the in-game map.
But do not despair; the solution is quite simple if you know where to look. The key is to find the place where you first found Edithe's body, stroked by the thunder. If you don't know where this location is, fast travel to the Old Tower shelter and check out the map of this area; you will notice the resemblance on the treasure map immediately.
Now, the easiest way to grab the treasure is to fast travel to the Windy Cave shelter if you have it already discovered; if you don't, just go down from the previous shelter and go through the crack in the wall and follow the path to the south-east; you will get there eventually. Once you are in the Windi Cave shelter, continue towards the edge, set a rope shortcut, and slide down it. As soon as you touch the ground, make a U-turn; the treasure is located at the end of the small cave. You might be disappointed by the content of the treasure, but at least it will conclude the case and bring you one step closer to finishing all the cases available.
