Banishers: Ghosts of New Eden, the newest action RPG developed by Don't Nod, is a game that, surprisingly, does not feature old-school puzzles, and exploration in this game is quite straightforward.
However, one true puzzle will wait for you inside Bligh Manor and will require some serious brainwork from your side in order to properly solve it. As a testament to the fact that this puzzle is very hard, the game will even reward you with the "Hidden Door" trophy/achievement once you solve it.

How to get the "Hidden Door" trophy/achievement in Banishers: Ghosts of New Eden
First, if you don't know where Bligh Manor is, it's located directly west from Fort Jerico (the main story, snowy area located in the northern part of the map). You can reach Bligh Manor either by going north-west or north-east from Fort Jerico; each road will bring you there.
Once you reach Bligh Manor, you will have the opportunity to start a new hunting case, The Rumballs. Do that because it will be a requirement for solving the puzzle in question. Once the quest leads you to the manor, destroy all corrupted ivies on both the ground and upper floors, and press on with the quest. Once the quest is done, it is time to solve the puzzle.
If you haven't already, locate the Abbie's Note on Paintings document in one of the rooms on the upper floor. The document discloses the pattern of straightening and tilting the paintings inside the rooms. If you examine the document, you will learn which painting, when strengthened, tilts the others. The goal is to straighten all the paintings.
The best way to do that is to go upstairs in the bedroom, the same room where you decided the fate of Abby and John, and straighten the painting there. Now go to the opposite room of the bedroom and do the same with the painting there. Drop down through the floor and straighten the next painting. Now exit this room through the door, take the right stairs, and enter the room in front of you. This is the room where you picked up the universal key. Straighten the painting in this room and head to the final painting, which is located inside the dining room just below the bedroom. Straighten the painting here, and you will hear the scratching sound coming from upstairs.
As soon as you hear the scratching sound, the trophy/achievement will pop up. Go upstairs inside the bedroom, and you will see that the closet that was blocking the door earlier has now moved aside. Pick up the key located next to the bed and enter the newly discovered room. Inside the room is the chest holding the Wind Rose brooch.
