Being a true Souls-like, AI Limit, the latest action RPG from Sense Games, mirrors almost all hardcore Souls mechanics, including their own version of medallions, called seals in this game, that serve the purpose of buffing your character in certain ways.
While exploring the world in AI Limit, you'll most certainly come across many items called seals, but if you check out your inventory, there will be no option to put them on your character and use their buffs.
If this problem troubles you, then you most certainly missed the key item very early in the game, but fear not, we will explain to you right away how to activate the seals and change them at your own preferences.
How to equip and change seals in AI Limit
After you finish the opening area of the game, you'll find yourself inside the slum area called Outer-Wall Ruins. Once you reach the third branch, Abondened Houses, slide down the two sets of ladders and cross the street to enter the nearby house—the door will be wide open and one enemy will kneel next to it.
Inside this house, you'll find the item called Seal Needle. Once you pick it up, the tutorial about the seals will pop up. Return to the branch you just left and interact with it; it will have the Rewrite Seal option now. Use this menu to choose whichever seal suits you the best and equip the secondary seals that will add some extra buffs.
Every seal can be upgraded too, and to do it, choose the Enhance option in the branch and use the D-Pad to switch to the seal upgrades. Seal upgrades will require special items you can find throughout the world or buy from certain merchants. Seals will help you a lot and will make your life as a Blader much more bearable.
