Forgotten Xbox exclusive Scorn is still coming this year according to the Game Pass advertisement, which aired last night at Gamescom. This unique horror title is expected in Autumn 2021.
Ebb Software's unique-looking horror title Scorn, which has been announced as an exclusive for Xbox and PC is still scheduled to launch this year, despite the big radio silence from the developers over the last year or so.
During the last night's Gamescom live stream, Xbox aired a brand new ad for Game Pass for PC, where they showcased a bunch of games that are available now on the service but also some coming soon titles, including Scorn.
Interestingly, during the Scorn shot, we've seen the "Autumn 2021" release window, which is a bit surprising since Autumn is not that far away to be fair. Ebb Software have not released any game footage since that gameplay demo last year, which you can check out below.
We're still waiting to see more of the game, which did look pretty atmospheric and interesting in the last trailer. Hopefully, the developers will give us some official news or a new gameplay trailer in the coming weeks, otherwise, we won't be that confident in the announced Autumn 2021 release window.
Though, it's possible that the devs have several reveals planned in a short time frame, which can be an effective marketing strategy.
Scorn is launching on PC and Xbox. PlayStation release is yet to be confirmed.
