In a recent post made by Riot Game's game designer, Penguin, the new Iso nerfs were announced with a release schedule alongside the upcoming Valorant patch 9.00. 

The Iso buffs rattled the agent selection meta, as it made him stronger than most duelists in the current meta. The dynamic buffs have led to Iso becoming a staple duelist for most competitive lobbies since the update's release.

Developers have introduced new dialogue lines between agents such as Phoenix, Harbor, Brimstone, and others.
