First things first, the Team GO Rocket Strikes event and the Shadow-type Pokemon it spawned will only be available until Sunday, January 30, 2022, at 10:00 AM local time.

Don’t be afraid to look up every once in a while as PokeStops and balloons will provide frequent Team GO Rocket encounters until January 30 at 10:00 AM local time. Keep in mind that you can use a Charged TM and help a newly saved Shadow Pokemon forget the Charged Attack Frustration.
