Besides this, Vanguard will have one additional feature. It will have the power to end the match if any cheating is detected. Then it will penalise the cheaters.

League of Legends players have been complaining about cheaters for quite some time. Recently, even Riot noticed a substantial increase in cheaters in the game.

These cheaters are making the game unplayable for others, so thanks to Riot for stepping up and taking the necessary actions. However, players seemed to have mixed feelings about Vanguard coming to League of Legends.

One group is happy that it will put an end to cheating, resulting in fair gameplay. The other group is concerned about privacy issues, as they claim Vanguard is invasive and breaches their privacy. Whether or not these claims are real or not is yet to be seen.
