Saints Row: The Third Remastered is real and has just been rated online by Entertainment Software Rating Board (ESRB). The game received 17+ rating for blood and gore, drug reference, intense violence, partial nudity, sexual content and strong language.
The game has been listed for all major platforms - PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. It remains to be seen if the remaster also arrives to Switch since the original title also released on Nintendo's hybrid console.
As you may know, Saints Row: The Third remaster has leaked recently and some rumours also suggested that the publisher Deep Silver are looking to release the game before the official reveal of the next major instalment in the series - Saints Row 5, which is currently in development.
Saints Row 5 was apparently rumoured for reveal sometime in 2020, possibly at E3 2020, but since the event is cancelled, some sort of an online announcement is expected.
Anyway, earlier Saints Row: The Third Remastered leaks also suggested that the game is set to launch on 07 May 2020. Since Deep Silver are yet to officially confirm the remaster, take this with a grain of salt, just like any other rumour or unconfirmed info.
That being said, it looks like it is only a matter of time before we get an official announcement since the game is pretty much confirmed now that we have a rating on ESRB.
