Developer Experiment 101 have revealed both minimum and recommended system requirements to play the upcoming action RPG title Biomutant on PC, so check out if your rig can handle it.

We now know the system requirements for the Experiment 101’s long-awaited open-world post-apocalyptic kung-fu RPG title Biomutant, thanks to the updated listing on Steam

Here you can see if your PC can handle the visuals of the upcoming RPG:

The minimum system requirements to run Biomutant on PC are a 64-bit processor, at least an AMD FX-8350 or Intel Core i5-4690K running at 3.5 GHz or higher. The system will need 8 GB of RAM and at least 4 GB of memory on a Direct3D 11 capable graphics card, namely a GeForce GTX 960 or Radeon R9 380. The game will require 25 GB of available storage space for installation.

The recommended system requirements for Biomutant are, as expected, a bit higher but not by too much. Besides the 64-bit processor and 25 GB of storage space, gamers will need an AMD Ryzen 5 1600 or Intel Core i7-6700K running at 3.2 GHz or higher. The required RAM has doubled to 16 GB, and the graphics card’s onboard memory requirement has jumped to 6 GB, with a Direct 3D 11 capable GeForce GTX 1660Ti or Radeon RX 590.

As you can see, these are not demanding specs, but they are still minimal and recommended requirements, to run the game, without developer's details about the resolution and the targeted frame-rate, so the requirements will probably be higher if you want to play, e.g. at 4K@60fps.

Good luck to everyone who plans to upgrade their graphics card these days.

Biomutant is launching on May 25, 2021, on PC, PS4/PS5 and Xbox One/Xbox Series X|S.
