Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time Remake ads and title screen have leaked over on Reddit ahead of the official reveal, which is scheduled for today, at Ubisoft Forward event.
It looks like earlier rumours were spot on. Ubisoft are indeed set to announce Prince of Persia The Sands of Time Remake at the Ubisoft Forward event, which goes live today. The game already leaked over on social media and Reddit, which is not unusual for Ubisoft's games, to be honest.
The best leak shows what appears to be a title screen for the game. You can check it out in the screenshot above. On top of this, we have two promo images taken directly from a Russian Uplay store.
The images show main characters from the original game, including the Prince and his ally Farah. The remake certainly has the vibe of the original but some fans are disappointed with the art style, which reminds them of a mobile game. However, let's wait for some proper gameplay reveal before we jump to any conclusions.
Yes, we probably should not expect much from this remake since Ubisoft gave up on the franchise a long time ago but still, a remake is better than nothing.
Ubisoft will today host Ubisoft Forward event, where they plan to talk about their other upcoming games such as Assassin's Creed: Valhalla, Watch Dogs Legion and more. Find more details about the event here.
