Niantic revealed the most important info about the upcoming Pokemon Go Fest 2022 and trainers can now start planning their adventures.
Trainers will be delighted to learn that the next Pokemon Go Fest will be live on June 4 and 5, 2022, where everyone can participate. There will also be a bonus finale on Saturday, August 7, 2022.
Meanwhile, Pokemon Go Fest 2022 in-person events will take place across three cities in three different countries on three different continents and it will happen on three different dates.
European trainers will get to enjoy the festivities from Friday, July 1 to Sunday, July 3, 2022. The event will be held in Berlin, Germany.
American Trainers will need to visit the city of Seattle, Washington (the state), in order to participate at any point between Friday, July 22, and Sunday, July 24, 2022.
Meanwhile, Japan will have its own weekend of POGO festivities from Friday, August 5, to Sunday, August 7, 2022. The event will be held in Sapporo.
It's great to see things returning to normal after the problems caused by Coronavirus and let's hope that no new strains become rampant in the future. Should the in-person event go through, it will be the first POGO Fest to do so since 2019, when it was held in Dortmund, Chicago and Yokohama.
