Niantic is about to launch the Anniversary celebration in Pokemon Go so here are all the necessary details for the game's sixth birthday.
Pokemon Go Anniversary Event starts on Wednesday, July 6, 2022, at 10:00 AM local time and will go on for almost a week, wrapping up on Tuesday, July 12, 2022, at 8:00 PM local time.
Three Pokemon will debut during the event:
- Party Hat Charmeleon
- Party Hat Charizard
- Cake Costume Pikachu
All of them can appear in the Shiny form for the lucky trainers.
Pansear will appear in the wild and raids during the Anniversary Event while Unknown E will appear in raids, both as Ultra Unlock bonuses and Shiny versions will be around as well.
Completing the research tasks will let players encounter Wash Rotom.
