Blizzard have revealed the three news skins that will be coming to Overwatch during the Year of the Pig festivities. These include new skins for Hanzo, Reaper and everyone's favourite precision German engineering enthusiast, Rheinhardt.
Lunar New Years always brought new skins with them and Year of the Pig in 2018 is no different. The three new skins will be named Lu Bu Reaper, Huang Zhong Hanzo and Guan Yu Reinhardt. The last one is somewhat of an anomaly as Reinhardt already has a Lunar New Year skin from earlier - Wujing Reinhardt.
Lu Bu Reaper arguably fits the best with its respective hero, as it is another instance of Reaper clad in black, albeit with a few decorations that give him that distinctive Lunar New Year thematic. It is currently unknown whether will have any special voice lines when triggering his ultimate or any special visual effects.
Hanzo's new skin makes him look like an elderly kung fu master, not unlike the ones you would see on the big screen. While has a few more years under his belt, he also has a glorious new beard to show for it. Still, let's hope we don't see an influx of new Hanzo mains, because let's face it - no one wants more aim-assisted archers in their games.
Last, but not the least is , who is probably the furthers of cries from the character's thematic, but if you thought Hanzo's new beard is looking fancy, wait until you see the one this giant moving shield grew. Other tank fans were somewhat disillusioned with Reinhardt getting another Lunar New Year skin though, while Orisa has none.

All three skins will be available from loot boxes, come 24 January 2018, when the event kicks off. Those who preferer to skip gambling will be able to buy each skin for 3.000 credits, but we would suggest waiting it out until just before the event's end on 18 February 2018 before spending your hard-earned in-game currency. Who knows, you might just have a lucky level up or an Arcade loot box along the way and hit the jackpot.
