Square Enix have released a brand new, gorgeous-looking key visual of Final Fantasy VII Remake. The artwork features several characters including Barret, Could, Tifa and more.

Square Enix's remake of the iconic RPG Final Fantasy VII is still a couple of months away but until we get our hands on the enhanced version of Could's adventure, there is a new gorgeous key visual to fuel the hype.

As you can see above, the key visual looks pretty cool, featuring several fan-favourite characters such as the main protagonist Cloud Strife along with Barret Wallace, Tifa Lockhart, Aerith Gainsborough and Red XIII. The artwork is followed with a message from Square Enix who mention the game's enhanced visuals, music and gameplay. Here it is in full:

"Combining incredible visuals, stunning world-design, a glorious musical score, seamless strategic action-based combat and a captivating cast of characters – FinalFantasy VII Remake is almost upon us. We hope you’re ready for it," Square Enix wrote.

The new artwork follows last week's reveal of theme song trailer and the first look at some of the game's characters. It is safe to say that Square Enix are starting with a strong marketing campaign for the title, which is highly-anticipated by many hardcore fans.

Final Fantasy VII Remake is officially hitting the shelves on 10 April 2020 for the PlayStation 4. The game will be exclusive for Sony's platform until April 2021.
