Teamfight Tactics seems to have been a jackpot for Riot Games and they are going full steam ahead with their take on the autobattler genre. The first Beta Pass has come and gone and the next one will arrive with more Little Legends.
Little Legends are one of the more interesting points in Teamfight Tactics, in case the complex team and item building was not enough. They are the cute little avatars that represent us, the players, and have unique animations and emotes.
Those who collected all the Little Legends they wanted so far will have new targets soon when the three new creatures hit the arena.
Riot Games announced that Moontipped Hushtail, Jeweled Protector and Jade Paddlemar will join the battle. The Hushtail is pictured above and bears a striking resemblance to Eevee from the Pokemon universe. Naturally, it will have several model and texture variations, just like all the other Little Legends.
This one, in particular, will have five:
- Mistberry Hushtail
- Fae Hushtail
- Untamed Hushtail
- Monarch Hushtail
- Eternal Hushtail
The same applies to Jeweled Protector, the adorable kitten that looks like a tiny tiger:
- Shadowgem Protector
- Reigning Protector
- Skygem Protector
- Fierce Protector
- Sunborn Protector
Keep in mind that some of the eye textures on different Protector models may look odd but they will be updated to match those of the white (base) model, as confirmed by Riot Games.
Jeweled Paddlemar's variations are:
- Rosebloom Paddlemar
- Tidepool Paddlemar
- Glamorous Paddlemar
- Caldera Paddlemar
- Yuletide Paddlemar
All of the new Little Legends are already available on the PBE (test) server, and they will come to live servers in patch 9.16 which is scheduled for 14 August 2019.
Aside from the two pictures we provided here, you can check the rest of Little Legends' models on Surrender at 20's PBE preview.
Those who are looking for more of the gameplay-oriented additions will have the four new Hextech champions to look forward to. It will be interesting to see if their origin gets nerfed before going live since disabling four of enemy's items looks a bit too powerful at the moment.
