Microsoft have registered two new Transformers video games with the Australian Classification Board, suggesting that an imminent re-release of older Transformers titles could be on the way.
Unfortunately, we don't know which Transformers titles will be coming back since the listing only mentions "Transformers" but it's safe to assume that War for Cybertron and Fall of Cybertron from 2010 and 2012 are among those that fans are eagerly anticipating.
As the fans of these games will probably know, both titles were developed by High Moon Studios, a dev team that is a subsidiary of Activision, who are now owned by Microsoft.
One thing that makes this even more interesting is that one of the games is listed as an "original" title while the other one is "modified" which could mean that some sort of a remaster or a remake is also coming but that's just our speculation and nothing more so certainly don't get your hopes up.
In addition to these ratings, players have discovered that several Steam keys for Transformers games have been updated recently, again suggesting that players will soon be able to purchase some of these titles.
If Transformers games are indeed coming back, it's safe to assume that Microsoft would add these straight into Xbox Game Pass as with the majority of their first-party titles.
